Real-Time Brain Health Monitoring During Blast Overpressure Using EEG Integrated Hearing Protection
Neurable presented this poster at MHSRS 2026, the Military Health System Research Symposium. Our team recorded EEG from 12 people during a week of breaching training. The sensors sat in AMP Neuro, Neurable's hearing protection headset. We recorded at rest before and after each session, and during live blasts. People were standing and moving, so the data went through Neurable's motion artifact rejection first. The poster shows how Delta, Theta, Beta and Gamma power changed after each blast. It also tracks them across the week.
