Detecting Focus States In Office Environment With Neurable EEG Headset
This research investigates how EEG data can be used to identify different types of focus during a typical workday: deep focus, productive multitasking, and unproductive multitasking. Using Neurable's EEG headset, the study analyzed the brain activity of 43 participants over 114 hours of work sessions.
