Join Neurable’s Talent Network
Are you ready to spread your wings and soar with a team of innovators? At Butterfly, we're looking for a talented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Brooklyn-based family.
About Neurable
Neurable is building neurotechnology that makes brain data useful in everyday life. Our software and hardware platform enables EEG-based devices to work beyond controlled lab environments, opening the door to new ways of understanding focus, fatigue, cognitive performance, wellbeing, and human-computer interaction. We are a small, ambitious team working across neuroscience, hardware, software, AI, product, research, and operations. The work is technically challenging, deeply interdisciplinary, and grounded in a responsibility to build technology that earns trust. Privacy, quality, scientific rigor, and human-centered design are not side quests here. They are part of the product. We are growing quickly, and while we may not have the perfect role open for you today, we are always interested in meeting thoughtful builders, researchers, operators, and problem-solvers who want to help shape the future of neurotechnology.
Why Join Our Talent Network?
Some of the best people do not fit neatly into an open job post. If you are excited by Neurable’s mission and believe your background could help us build better products, stronger science, sharper systems, or a more capable company, we would love to hear from you. This is a general interest posting for future roles. By applying here, you’ll give our team a chance to learn more about your background, interests, and the kind of work you want to do next. If there is a strong match with an upcoming opportunity, we may reach out as new roles open.
Areas We Commonly Hire For
We hire across a range of technical, scientific, product, and operational disciplines, including:
- Software Engineering: mobile, backend, frontend, cloud infrastructure, data platforms, internal tools
- AI & Machine Learning: model development, signal processing, personalization, applied AI, ML infrastructure
- Neuroscience & Research: EEG research, cognitive science, experimental design, data analysis, human subjects research

If your craft sits somewhere between these categories, even better. A lot of meaningful work at Neurable lives in the seams.
What We Look For
We are interested in people who are curious, thoughtful, and motivated by hard problems. You do not need to know everything on day one, but you should enjoy learning quickly, asking good questions, and taking ownership of work that matters.
Strong candidates often bring some combination of:
- Experience building, researching, designing, or scaling technical products
- Interest in neuroscience, cognitive performance, wearables, AI, health, human-computer interaction, or consumer technology
- Comfort working across disciplines and translating ideas between technical and non-technical teams
- A builder’s mindset: practical, creative, rigorous, and allergic to unnecessary fog
- Clear communication and strong judgment
- Care for privacy, quality, user trust, and responsible technology
- Excitement for startup environments where the map is still being drawn
How We Work
At Neurable, we care about moving quickly, but not recklessly. We like people who can zoom out to understand the mission and zoom in to sweat the details. Our work touches real hardware, real users, and real biological signals. Sometimes the answer is in the code. Sometimes it is in the data. Sometimes it is on the board, in the study design, inside the user flow, or quietly hiding in a process that needs to be rebuilt with a better wrench. We value teammates who are direct, kind, curious, accountable, and willing to build with both rigor and imagination.
